Priscilla focuses her practice primarily on the resolution of state and local tax controversies through negotiation and litigation. Priscilla represents both business and individuals in various states and local jurisdictions at all levels of administrative and judicial review. Priscilla’s experience includes a wide range of state and local tax issues, including corporate income taxes, personal income taxes, sales and use taxes, utility taxes, and local business license taxes. Priscilla also has a background in federal tax, having worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she litigated federal tax matters on behalf of the IRS in the United States Tax Court.

Priscilla is a frequent speaker and author on state and local tax issues. Priscilla has also taught classes on both tax and litigation skills to other attorneys and tax practitioners.

While earning her law degree at the UCLA School of Law, Priscilla was a Symposium Editor for the UCLA Law Review. Before co-founding this firm, Priscilla was a counsel at Reed Smith LLP, an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP, and a senior attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.

When not in the office, Priscilla can be found running trails training for her next ultramarathon.
